返金ポリシー

1. OVERVIEW

This policy applies to all orders purchased through the official LGL Studio store (lglstudio.com) and our official Amazon storefront. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms of this policy.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new or like-new condition with no signs of human-caused damage.
  • The product, original packaging, all accessories, and documentation must be complete.
  • You may remove the protective film and power on the device for testing without affecting eligibility.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided (order number, screenshot, or receipt).

The following situations are not eligible for return:

  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day window.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or third-party interference.
  • Physical damage from drops, liquid exposure, or other external forces.
  • Missing original packaging or incomplete accessories.

3. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Send an email to support@lglstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back, then provide us with the tracking number.
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of product defects.

4. REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, platform charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at support@lglstudio.com.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any of the following, contact us within 72 hours of receipt with supporting photos or video:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage sustained during shipping
  • Incorrect item received (wrong model, color, or quantity)

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement as the first priority. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued and all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. WARRANTY

All LGL Studio products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or non-authorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Malfunctions caused by improper use
