Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended — we will notify you by email if this applies to your order.

Shipping

All orders ship free of charge, worldwide. No shipping fees are applied at checkout.

Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable import duties and taxes are covered by us — you will not be asked to pay anything upon delivery.

In some countries, local customs authorities may require the recipient to provide identification or sign a clearance document as part of standard procedure. We will inform you in advance if this applies to your order. Any costs arising from customs clearance remain our responsibility.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are dispatched from Beijing, China. Estimated delivery times from date of dispatch:

Delivery estimates are for reference only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

If your tracking shows no updates within 5 business days of dispatch, please get in touch with us at support@lglstudio.com.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase, including apartment or unit numbers and the correct postal code. Address changes can only be made before an order is dispatched. LGL Studio is not responsible for failed deliveries or loss of parcels resulting from an incorrectly provided address.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once dispatched, an order can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Return Policy for further options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your parcel and its contents immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date and include clear photographs of the issue. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Parcels returned without prior approval will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
